Job summary

HL Klemove in Tamil Nadu, Sriperumbudur, seeks an experienced Finance & Accounts leader to manage factory finance operations, monthly/quarterly/yearly statements, and internal controls. You will oversee SOP compliance, IFC, and internal audits while coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders.

The role covers statutory and IFRS audits with Big 4 firms, capex oversight, cash flow, treasury, tax (GST, TDS, ITR), SAP processes, and CSR compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and

Responsibilities

• 1 Should Handle Independently Factory Finance & Accounts
• 2 Financial Statements (BS, CF, P&L) Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly basis
• 3 Preparation , Periodical updation and compliance of SOP, Internal Financial Control, Handling IFC, and Internal audit.
• 4 Handle Statutory & IFRS audit with Big 4 firms
• 5 Capex Management, Monitoring the Asset Capitalization and progress
• 6 Liaising with all the functional department in the Factory
• 7 Liaising with Bankers on loan renewal and New borrowings
• 8 Preparation of Cash flow Statement
• 9 Having Knowledge on Treasury functions & Derivative Contracts.
• 10 Knowledge on Corporate ITR return filing
• 11 Prepare advance tax computations, and ensure timely payments
• 12 Handle tax & Transfer pricing audit
• 13 Knowledge on Govt. Incentive progremme
• 14 SAP accounting process development, liaisoning with SAP consultant & Implementation
• 15 Overall Knowledge in GST & TDS to Manage the team
• 16 Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• 17 Handling CSR Compliance
• 18 Board Meeting Agenda Preparation
