Job summary

JLL requires a Manager – Finance to oversee mall operation finances and drive robust reporting and compliance at the client site.

You will liaise with operations and technical teams, ensuring data accuracy, timely MIS, and effective budgeting across the site. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with min 5–8 years of work experience in Mall Operation / Retail / Hotel / Real Estate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and tenants at the client site and maintain strong public relations.
• Ensure integration between business and technology and contribute to requirements specifications.
• Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction and interpretation from multiple databases.
• Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet future standards.
• Prepare and own daily/weekly/monthly reports, MIS, and dashboards (MMR, QBR, ABR).
• Custodian of site team statutory compliances, documentation, and records; manage audits and upload to OGS Compliance tool.

Job Overview

You will be the face of JLL at the client’s site and will be responsible for interacting and addressing the needs of guests / tenants by maintaining strong public relations, taking feedback / suggestions. You will also be responsible for:

• Understand business and ensures there is integration between business and technology.
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable
• Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
• Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standard
• Trend analysis and aligning with account management team
• Technology Tools incl Helpdesk – Trending and Analytics
• Deliver output files for reports and dashboards
• Sign off on data roadworthiness
• Facilitate Reporting on compliances
• Seek and collate data for analytics
• Generate MIS and reports as management requirement
• Predictive reporting
• Work with finance on budget targets
• Cross verification of data as per agreed TOR time to time
• Generate Daily reports, Weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR etc. and own the reports.
• Custodian of all Site team statutory compliances , their documentation and records
• Would be responsible for all Audits related to compliance and will upload the OGS Compliance tool with all requisite documents
• Building statutory compliances are to be tracked for expiration and renewals
• All documentation recording to be ensured on shared folders related to compliance
