About The Role

The Manager – Manufacturing & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring effective inventory control, cost management, accounting compliance, and financial reporting.

What Makes The Role Successful

Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate accounting records related to manufacturing operations.
• Supervise bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure proper recording of inventory transactions and production costs.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial statements as per accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance under Companies Act / Income Tax Act.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Develop & implement a process for effective control over raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods inventory.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Analyse production costs and prepare cost reports for management review.

ERP & Accounting Systems

• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the accounting system.
• Develop and implement internal controls for financial and operational processes.
• Assist with system upgrades, process automation, and digitization initiatives.

Manufacturing & Operations

• Monitor machine utilisation and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance under Factory Act or any other relevant act.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational qualification – CA / ICWA.
• Knowledge of accounting software and system implementation.
• Additional qualification in cost accounting, inventory management.
