Sandoz is seeking a seasoned analytics professional in Telangana, India to drive field excellence through data-driven insights and techno-functional support for internal customers. You will design KPIs, build ETL/automation solutions, and deliver analytical outputs with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in analytics within pharma or Pharma services.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical business and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver customer requirements per SLAs with timely, accurate outputs.
• Design and track Field Force Execution KPIs and field performance metrics.
• Develop technology-based solutions for field excellence via ETL, automation, and analytics platforms.
• Oversee project delivery with documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor team members on functional, technical, and project-management topics.
• Create SOPs, quality checklists, and knowledge repositories for the function.

Job description

• The team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence Sandoz Field Force worldwide.
• Facilitate insights enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal customers by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.
• Contribute to broader teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on- boarding and training support.
• Enable standardization of processed through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.

Your key responsibilities:

Your Key responsibilities that limited to:

• Manage and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service
  • Field Force Execution KPI design and tracking
  • Field Performance excellence (processing granular performance data to be used in variety of process within SFE and Incentives)
• Designs and/or maintains various technology based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on country commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape including but not limited to
  • Data ETL platforms (SQL, Alteryx,Databricks, etc.)
  • Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, RPA, etc)
  • Analytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning)
  • AI tools for next gen, complex and automated data processing (Genie, Co-pilot, etc.)
  • Reporting and visualization platforms (viz PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)
• Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Oversee and mentor other team members on functional, technical, project management and stakeholder engagement
• Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function
• Develops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc
• Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization
• Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function
• Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience (5+ years) in analytics based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain
• Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
• Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data enable solutions
• Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
• Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
