Job summary

ITech Consult Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Director / Manager – EU Recruitment to lead our European recruitment function and drive operational excellence across multiple business units.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team of 15–20 recruiters, define recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, oversee end-to-end delivery, and partner with senior leaders to meet hiring objectives across Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, and other European markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
• Experience leading teams of 15–20 recruiters.
• Experience working with Direct Client's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment function across European markets.
• Build and develop a high-performing recruitment team of 15–20+ Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Team Leads, and Recruitment Managers.
• Define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring high-quality delivery, SLA adherence, and timely closures.
• Drive recruiter productivity through KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews, coaching, and
• Develop scalable recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and delivery frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Recruiter Productivity, Delivery Performance, and Team Utilization.
• Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and business goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and Recruitment Managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support business growth through workforce planning, capacity management, budgeting, forecasting, and recruitment strategy.
• Represent the recruitment function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic business planning and organizational growth.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director / Manager – EU Recruitment to lead our European

recruitment function and drive operational excellence across multiple business units.

This role requires a strategic recruitment leader with extensive experience in building and

managing high-performing recruitment teams, developing recruitment strategies, improving

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, or Recruitment Operations.
• Candidates with experience working with Direct Client's are strongly preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
• Proven experience managing teams of 15–20 or more recruiters, including Team Leads and Recruitment Managers.
• Experience managing recruitment operations, delivery excellence, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
