Responsibilities

• Installation, commission and overhauling VT Pumps. Attend warranty/out of warranty complaints.
• Identify root causes of pump failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, measurement records, and failure-analysis reports.
• Generate service revenue through OH contracts, AMC, Reconditioning, Retrofitment & Replacement.
• Monitor, review & develop Service Dealer network.
• Lead generation for Spares Business, Retrofitment & Replacement.
• MTTR monitoring and ensure resolution of complaints as per AOP targets.
• Training & Seminar on O&M of pumps at client premises; maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.

Summary /Purpose of the role:

Responsible for technical service support such as installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, AMC & Overhauling contract of vertical pumps and associated equipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commission and overhauling VT Pumps. To attend warranty/out of warranty complaints.
• Identify root causes of pump failures and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed service reports, inspection reports, measurement records, and failure-analysis reports.
• Generate Service revenue through OH contract, AMC, Reconditioning, Reverse Engineering etc.
• Monitoring, review & development of Service Dealer network.
• Lead generation for Spares Business, Retrofitment & Replacement.
• MTTR monitoring and ensure resolution of complaints as per scheduled AOP targets.
• Training & Seminar on O&M of pumps at client premises as and when required.
• Maintain professional relation with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
