Job summary

Kirloskar Brothers Limited is seeking a role focused on engineering execution for spares orders of vertical turbine pumps. You will handle pump design activities across pre-order, tendering and post-order phases, and coordinate with marketing/manufacturing for technical support.

The position involves reviewing 2D/3D drawings, wind-chill data, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts within deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of vertical turbine pumps, ability to review

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vertical turbine pump, pumping systems and application.
• Check and review design calculations.
• Sound expertise in formulation, estimation, planning, work allocation and delivery of engineering services for domestic and global projects.
• Good knowledge and experience in working with cross functional team involved in installation of pumps.
• Competency in Wind-chill data management software.
• Proficiency in checking 2D component drawings, reviewing 3D component drawings.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for timely execution of Engineering and Execution of spares orders in LPD.
• Responsible for Release of spare code against spare order.
• Responsible for Pump design and Engineering Activities for Pre-Order, Tendering & Post Order
• Carrying out Reversing Engineering activities for replacement spare order jobs for smooth execution of spare orders within given timeframe
• Responsible for Technical Support to Marketing and Manufacturing Plant
• Finalization & release new propsal for expanding spare business.
• Responsible Execution of VT pump repeats orders booked by ESD.
• SAP Material master updation and coordination in Large Pump for spares codes.
• Accountable for timely execution costing input submission through Enquiry management system
