Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Mohali, Punjab, India, seeks an Associate Manager for Enterprise Data Management to lead day-to-day master data operations across Customer, Supplier, and Material domains using SAP MDG.

The role drives data quality, governance, SLA/KPI adherence, and collaboration with regional teams. Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years MDM/MDG experience required; SAP ECC/S/4HANA knowledge preferred.

• Prior experience mentoring or guiding team members is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data validation, cleansing, and data quality improvement initiatives.

Role Purpose Statement - Lead day-to-day Master Data Management operations for Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master domains.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes through SAP MDG in accordance with business rules, standards, and SLAs.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and support data quality and governance initiatives.

Technical - Working knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP ECC, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Understanding of Customer, Supplier, and Material Master Data processes.

- Understanding of how master data impacts business and transactional processes.
- Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting and operational metrics.
