Job summary

Bunge in Mohali, Punjab invites an Associate Team Lead – Enterprise Data Management to lead day-to-day master data operations for Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master domains.

You will ensure accurate master data processes via SAP MDG, support data quality initiatives, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to resolve data-related issues. 3–5 years in MDM/Data Operations required; SAP MDG/SAP MDM experience a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP MDG/SAP MDM experience.
• Experience managing Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master Data.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and global teams.
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Master Data Management operations for Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master domains.

• Understanding of how master data impacts business and transactional processes.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting and operational metrics.

Education & Experience Education
Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations.

Minimum 2 Years Of SAP MDG/SAP MDM Experience.

Experience managing Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master Data.
Experience working with business stakeholders and global teams.

Prior Experience Mentoring Or Guiding Team Members Is Preferred.
