Job summary

Bunge in Mohali, Punjab, India is seeking an Associate Manager - Enterprise Data Management to lead day-to-day Master Data Management operations for Customer, Supplier, and Material domains. You will report to the Director Enterprise Data Management and guide a team in delivering accurate master data through SAP MDG.

The role requires 4-6 years in MDM or Data Operations, SAP MDG/MDM experience, a BE/B.Tech degree, and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to improve data governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (BE,B.Tech).
• 4-6 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations.
• Minimum 2-3 Years Of SAP MDG/SAP MDM Experience.
• Experience managing Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master Data.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and global teams.
• Prior Experience Mentoring Or Guiding Team Members Is Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and guidance to team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes through SAP MDG in accordance with business rules, standards, and SLAs.
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and support data quality and governance initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Support data validation, cleansing, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage IDOC monitoring and resolution activities.
• Coordinate with regional and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
• Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Assist Managers in driving service delivery and governance objectives.

Role Purpose Statement

• Understanding of how master data impacts business and transactional processes.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting and operational metrics.

Education & Experience Education

Bachelor's Degree required (BE,B.Tech).

Experience 4-6 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations.

Minimum 2-3 Years Of SAP MDG/SAP MDM Experience.
