Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Mohali, India is seeking an Associate Manager for Enterprise Data Management to lead day-to-day master data operations for Customer, Supplier, and Material domains. You will ensure timely SAP MDG executions and support data quality governance across regions.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in MD&M, with 2–3 years SAP MDG/MDM experience, and a track record of collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BE/B.Tech is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SAP MDG/SAP MDM experience.
• Experience managing Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master Data.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Master Data Management operations for Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master domains.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes via SAP MDG in line with business rules, standards and SLAs.
• Act as first escalation point for operational issues and support data quality and governance initiatives.
• Provide operational support and guidance to team members.
• Monitor adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Support data validation, cleansing, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage IDOC monitoring and resolution activities.
• Coordinate with regional and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
• Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Assist Managers in driving service delivery and governance objectives.

Role Purpose Statement

Lead day-to-day Master Data Management operations for Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master domains.

Technical

• Working knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP ECC, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of Customer, Supplier, and Material Master Data processes.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management principles.
• Understanding of how master data impacts business and transactional processes.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting and operational metrics.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree required (BE,B.Tech).

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SAP MDG/SAP MDM experience.
• Experience managing Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master Data.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and global teams.
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding team members is preferred.
