We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams within the Advanced FMS organization. In this role, you will provide technical and people leadership, oversee multiple engineering projects, build strong engineering capabilities, and ensure successful delivery of complex avionics software programs. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive project execution, manage resources and priorities, strengthen engineering processes, and deliver high‑quality solutions within schedule and cost commitments.
