Job summary

Prudent Insurance Brokers seeks a Manager - Employee Benefits for Client Servicing & retention at our Gurugram branch. You will manage the Employee Benefits portfolio for corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive servicing and strategic engagement.

The role requires strong communication, listening skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior experience in General Insurance or with insurance brokers is preferred, with MBA as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• MBA or PG degree would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement the delivery strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and service patronage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate customers.
• Identify client requirements and adjust offerings to meet needs.
• Engage with customers via multiple channels to provide quick assistance and resolution.
• Keep clients informed about latest products and services.
• Support upselling and cross-selling to grow the customer base.
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Summary/About the Role

Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Post Graduation or MBA would be added advantage

Required Experience and skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently
• Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products.
• Experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the delivery strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronage
• Build and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customers
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs
