Job summary

Matrix Job Solutions Gurgaon is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager - Maintenance with a sheet metal background to lead assembly shop floor activities, oversee machine testing and FAT execution, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise in PLC/CNC/HMI programming, hydraulic and motion calibration, RCA for breakdowns, and vendor evaluation to minimize downtime and improve reliability in an Indian manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics And Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Assemble shop floor leadership and coordination.
• Machine testing & FAT execution across lines.
• Hydraulic & motion calibration for equipment.
• Breakdown minimization & RCA to improve uptime.
• PLC / CNC / HMI programming and troubleshooting.
• Ensure global safety compliance and risk assessments.
• Vendor evaluation & development for reliability.
• Cost & quality control initiatives.
