Job summary

Kamal Watch is seeking an experienced e-commerce catalogue and product data specialist to manage and improve our online product catalog across platforms. You will coordinate product uploads, updates, and data integrity across Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce environments.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external developers for enhancements, while maintaining clean master data and supporting website integrations with ERP, pricing, and logistics systems.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Shopify is preferred, but Magento/WooCommerce/Laravel or similar systems can also apply.
• Basic working knowledge of web development/coding.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data feeds and e-commerce systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and product-data skills.
• Experience managing large catalogues/SKUs would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the day-to-day e-commerce website/backend.
• Troubleshoot website issues and handle smaller technical fixes/changes where possible.
• Coordinate with external developers/agencies for larger technical requirements.
• Support integrations between the website, ERP, inventory, pricing, orders, payment gateways, logistics, CRM/WhatsApp and other systems.
• Monitor stock and price synchronisation and help resolve issues.
• Work with the website development agency during redevelopment, testing and implementation.
• Maintain proper documentation and SOPs for technical processes and integrations.
• Catalogue & Product Data management: maintain online product catalogue, uploads, price changes, updates and discontinuations.
• Ensure product titles, specifications, images, pricing and attributes are complete and accurate.
• Maintain structured product fields/metafields and categories.
• Support product filters, search and product discovery.
• Coordinate with internal product/brand teams to verify product information.
• Identify and correct catalogue errors, missing information and duplicate products.
• Guide/support e-commerce executives involved in product uploading.
• Maintain clean product master data and ensure new launches are uploaded promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with Shopify is preferred, but candidates experienced with Magento, WooCommerce, Laravel/custom e-commerce platforms or similar systems can also apply.
• Basic working knowledge of web development/coding.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data feeds and e-commerce systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and product-data skills.
• Experience managing large catalogues/SKUs would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Most importantly, a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.

Experience in watches, jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, e-commerce or other large catalogue-driven businesses would be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Note: This is not a full-time software developer role. Major website development will be handled by external agencies; the role involves internal technical support, coordination, catalogue management and ongoing ownership of the platform.
