Job summary

KSB, Inc. in Jaipur, India, seeks a regional sales professional to drive agri and domestic business, manage a small on- and off-roll team, and exceed targets within Rajasthan.

You will identify dealers and customers, build relations, perform market research, and collaborate with marketing on promotions, while delivering product demonstrations and compelling sales proposals. Local events representation is also required.

Responsibilities

• Handle agri and domestic business for 400 Mio within Rajasthan.
• Lead and manage a team of 1 on roll and 2 off roll manpower.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealers, retailers, clients and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealer network through regular communication and visits.
• Conduct market research to understand market needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotion strategies.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers, retailers & potential customers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with dealers /distributors and other partners to expand market reach.
• Represent the company at events / seminars / local trade shows/ exhibitions.
