Job summary

The role collaborates with production, maintenance and IT to ensure secure, seamless integration of new systems and staff-ready adoption.

The ideal candidate will oversee technology research, vendor onboarding and lean-driven project execution, guiding shop floor teams through transitions and maximizing asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrating new automation technologies on production lines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and maintenance.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into new robotic technologies and apply them to create innovative systems or enhance existing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of different plants, including production, maintenance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of new developments with existing systems while adhering to cybersecurity measures.
• Provide training and support to shop floor personnel for the successful adoption of new technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization.
