Tata Capital is seeking a focused Collections Manager to lead the branch collections operations in Rajkot. The role involves driving target achievement through CREs, maintaining periodic contact with challenging customers, and guiding LREs/CREs/AMRs to reach team goals with disciplined adherence to policies.

The position requires a Graduate with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, plus solid knowledge of collection procedures.

Formación

• Graduate degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve assigned collection targets through CREs and ensure KPI attainment.
• Maintain engagement with difficult-to-reach customer groups and visit customers.
• Lead and align LREs/CREs/AMRs to team objectives and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission of all collection documents and maintain proper records.
• Maintain strict audit compliance for self and team according to company norms.
• Oversee smooth branch collections operations and repossession activities.
• Manage relationships with collection and repossession vendors.

Key Deliverables:

Collection Activity

• Achieve assigned collection target through CREs assigned to them
• Achieve assigned target on KPA parameters

Customer Relationship

• Maintain constant touch with specific customer groups who are difficult to reach through CREs
• Visit and meet customers

Managing Team

• Manage the team of LREs/CREs/AMRs
• Should align individual work and performance with the broader team to achieve mutual outcomes
• Makes sure self and team adheres to the teams expectations and guidelines, fulfils teams responsibilities and should demonstrate personal commitment to the team.

Document Management

• Ensure all collection documents are submitted correctly and on time

Audit Compliance

• Ensure strict audit compliance as per company norms for self and team

Managing Branch

• Ensure smooth functioning of branch collection without any issues
• Manage the repossession activity of the branch

Vendor Management

• Managing Vendors (Collection agency & Repo agency)
