Job summary

Metaphor Infotech Mumbai seeks a Manager DPP Accounting Group with deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS to guide complex accounting matters, research standards, and drive policy initiatives. You will work with global stakeholders to ensure rigorous financial reporting and policy alignment.

You will oversee technical accounting research, review SEC disclosures, and mentor junior staff while driving the adoption of new standards and regulatory changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• CA / CPA / ACCA qualified.
• 6–10 years of experience in Technical Accounting, Accounting Advisory, DPP, National Office, Capital Markets, CMAAS, or FAAS.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in accounting policy, financial reporting, SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q), and technical accounting research.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex business transactions.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, and SEC filings.
• Assist in drafting accounting policies, technical memos, and accounting guidance.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
