Job Description

As a Design & Sales Manager, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional modular interior solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process from initial client engagement to final project delivery, ensuring both quality and profitability.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance, and present innovative design solutions. Your role will include mentoring designers, driving sales targets, and ensuring smooth project execution through effective coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to completion.

• Own the customer experience throughout the project, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction.

• Drive sales closure by combining creative design ideas with commercial acumen.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance client offerings.

• Monitor and ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all design deliverables.

• Guide and coach the design team to achieve both creative and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience (managerial experience preferred).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other design software.

• Strong leadership, design, and visualization skills with attention to detail.

• Proven track record in sales closure and meeting business targets.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
