Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions in Mumbai seeks a senior civil/structural design lead to manage a railway bridge design team. You will guide conception through execution, ensure compliance with railway codes, and perform structural analysis using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, MIDAS, and AdSec.

Responsibilities include overseeing designs, mentoring juniors, reviewing calculations, interfacing with stakeholders, and tracking progress, budget, and quality to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/structural design for railway bridge projects.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex bridge designs on schedule.
• Strong expertise in relevant codes and design software.
