Job summary

Infosys seeks a Senior Network Consultant with deep Aruba Wireless, ClearPass, Aruba Central, AOS-S and AOS-CX experience to manage enterprise LAN/WLAN operations in a global environment.

You will lead major incidents, perform RF planning and Wi‑Fi tuning, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with global stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise LAN/WLAN operations and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting (L3/L4) and incident management experience.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Aruba Wireless environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructure with high availability.
• Lead major incidents, RCA, change management per ITIL.
• Design, deploy and optimize Aruba Wireless environments.
• Perform RF planning, Wi-Fi tuning, roaming optimization and interference mitigation.
• Configure and support Aruba ClearPass including 802.1X, NAC, RADIUS/TACACS+.
• Implement and troubleshoot UBT, Dynamic Segmentation and policy enforcement.
• Configure and troubleshoot Aruba AOS-S/AOS-CX switches, VLANs, STP, VRRP, routing.
• Act as final escalation point and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with Aruba TAC, SD-WAN, and security teams.

We are seeking a Senior Network Consultant with strong expertise in Aruba Wireless, ClearPass, Aruba Central, AOS-S, and AOS-CX. The role focuses on enterprise LAN/WLAN operations, advanced troubleshooting (L3/L4), incident management, and network optimization in a global environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead major incidents, RCA, change management, and operational excellence following ITIL processes.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Aruba Wireless environments (Controllers, Instant APs, Aruba Central).
• Perform RF planning, Wi-Fi tuning, roaming optimization, interference mitigation, and wireless troubleshooting.
• Configure and support Aruba ClearPass including 802.1X, NAC, AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+), role-based access, and device onboarding.
• Implement and troubleshoot User-Based Tunneling (UBT), Dynamic Segmentation, and policy enforcement.
• Configure and troubleshoot Aruba AOS-S/AOS-CX switches, VLANs, STP, VSX, VRRP, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP).
• Act as the final escalation point for complex network issues, collaborating with Aruba TAC, SD-WAN, and security teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and engage with global stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
