Job summary

Bravient Advisors Private Limited in India is seeking a CMA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing to join our finance team as Costing & Budgeting Lead.

You will oversee cost control, profitability analysis, BOM validation, RFQ costing, and budgeting processes. Strong analytical skills and MS Excel/Navision Dynamics experience are essential. Travel on need is possible.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cost control, cost accounting, and reporting in the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in cost and profitability analysis, BOM validation, and RFQ cost versus actual analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and CAPEX budgeting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Navision Dynamics/Business Central experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various scenarios of cost and profitability before responding to RFQ by the customer.
• Validate BOM.
• Compare RFQ quoted cost vs actual cost with variance analysis.
• Prepare annual revenue budget.
• Prepare rolling forecast.
• Prepare annual Capex budget.
• Prepare customer-wise cash flow.
• Reporting on product profitability with variance analysis.
• Tracking and reporting on cost-saving projects.
• Validation of new capex proposal.
• Prepare annual machine hour rate.
• Prepare costing P&L.
• Reporting on under/over utilization of overheads.
• Make/Buy decision.
• Any other assignment as per the directions of Director-Finance.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Work Mode: Need-based, subject to approval.

Transport Facility: Available on selected routes.
