The candidate should be CMA qualified, possess strong SAP experience, and bring robust analytical and reporting skills to collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Must be CMA qualified.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in cost accounting and manufacturing costing.
• Strong experience in standard costing, inventory accounting and variance analysis.
• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update standard costs in accordance with established costing processes.
• Analyze Purchase Price Variance (PPV), labour, usage and overhead variances.
• Support inventory valuation, reconciliation and related accounting activities.
• Prepare costing-related journal entries and financial reports.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams on cost analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end financial close activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of cost accounting data and financial information.
• Support internal controls and accounting policies related to costing and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global finance stakeholders as required.
