Job summary

Bravient Advisors Private Limited in Pune District seeks a CMA-certified professional with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing. You will lead cost control, budgeting, BOM validation and RFQ profitability analyses, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Head with a finance-focused dotted line to the Director – Finance.

Role requires full-time availability, 8:00–16:30 shift, on-site presence, and transport facility on selected routes. Joining by 1 January 2027 is preferred.

Qualifications

• CMA is mandatory.
• 8–10 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, cost accounting and reporting in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with MS Navision Dynamics; MS Business Central preferred; knowledge of MS Projects is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost and profitability scenarios before RFQ responses.
• Validate BOM and compare RFQ cost vs actual cost with variance analysis.
• Prepare annual revenue budget and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare annual Capex budget and customer-wise cash flows.
• Report product profitability with variance analysis and track cost-saving projects.
• Evaluate Make vs Buy decisions and manage overhead utilization.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Work Mode: Need-based, subject to approval.
