Job summary

DXC Technology India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Manager Contracts to oversee the full contract lifecycle for the CES organisation, including initiation, review, negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal, and maintenance for government and non-government clients.

The role provides day-to-day contractual support and risk-based advice to account teams, client partners, and leadership, ensuring compliance and maximizing commercial value across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract lifecycle management (initiation, review, negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal, maintenance).
• Ability to provide risk-based contractual guidance to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle for CES org including SOWs, change requests, addenda and related documents.
• Provide day-to-day contractual support and risk guidance to account teams and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer post-execution documents to protect DXC interests and maximise value.
• Collaborate with Legal, Delivery, Sales, Account Operations, Supply Chain, Litigation, Compliance and Security to interpret obligations and mitigate risks.

Job description

Manager Contracts Job Description: Responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for the Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organisation, including the initiation, review, negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal, and maintenance of customer contracts, subcontracts, statements of work (SOWs), change requests, addenda, and other related legal and commercial documents for governmental and non-governmental customers.

Provides day-to-day contractual support, guidance, and risk-based advice to CES account teams, client partners, client success managers, delivery leaders, and other stakeholders regarding existing customer agreements.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and administers post-execution contractual documents to support revenue growth, protect DXC's interests, ensure contractual compliance, and maximise the commercial value of customer relationships.

Collaborates across Legal, Delivery, Sales, Account Operations, Supply Chain Management, Litigation, Compliance, Security, and other stakeholder groups to interpret contractual obligations, identify and mitigate risks, support governance processes, maintain contract records and systems of record, and drive effective contract management throughout the customer account lifecycle.
