Job summary

Genpact India is seeking a Manager - Corporate FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews for assigned units. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; partner with business teams to support strategic initiatives.

You will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, drive process improvements and contribute to team development in a fast-moving AI-powered finance function. Strong data visualization and stakeholder storytelling are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Certifications in CAMS, CRISC, CRCM, FRM, CFI, and related programs.
• Advanced English language skills and finance domain knowledge.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
