Job summary

Genpact seeks a Sr. Associate for FCRM to lead credit analysis across commercial loan portfolios, assess transaction risk, and ensure policy compliance.

You will apply data analytics to credit decisions and collaborate with internal teams across sales, legal, and processing. Ideal candidates have strong AML, risk management, and regulatory knowledge, with experience in data analytics and reporting for financial portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Economics, Finance, or Statistics, or a Master's in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Certifications in AML, fraud detection, auditing, and regulatory compliance are preferred.
• Experience with data analytics to support credit decisions and reporting is desirable.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, compliance, and industry regulations is required.
