Job summary

Dusters Total Solutions Services (DTSS) is seeking a Finance / Commercial Operations leader to oversee regional financial performance, billing, collections and governance. You will partner with business teams to optimize revenue and margins and manage cash flow and risk across branches and sites.

The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, and experience in service industries. Prior experience in IFM or staffing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA Finance / CMA / CA preferred.
• 2–12 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, Receivables, Collections or similar roles.
• Experience in service industry / IFM / staffing preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems and MIS/Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing regional commercial operations, revenue realization, cash flow, profitability and commercial governance, while partnering with business teams to improve financial performance.
• Drive effective billing, collections and receivables management across the region.
• Monitor DSO, debtor ageing and cash flow and ensure timely resolution of collection issues.
• Partner with Operations and Business teams to improve revenue, profitability and margins.
• Review client/site-level commercial performance and identify revenue leakage and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure strong billing, invoicing, revenue and commercial controls.
• Monitor TDS, tax credits and statutory commercial compliance.
• Support implementation of new regulatory and commercial requirements and assess business impact.
• Prepare and present commercial MIS, dashboards and performance reviews to leadership.
• Identify commercial risks and drive corrective actions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Strengthen commercial processes, governance and controls across branches/sites.
