Job summary

Hotel Superhero.ai is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role involves prospecting, in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and closing subscription sales.

You will own revenue targets for the city and nearby markets, cultivate hotel customers, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while coordinating with onboarding and support teams for a smooth handover. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in B2B field sales/direct sales.
• Proven experience in target-driven, high-velocity sales environments.
• Excellent local knowledge of the city, language, local customs, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Comfortable with CRM usage and sales reporting.

Responsibilities
