Job summary

Prasad Film Lab Hyderabad seeks a Manager Client Servicing (Film Lab & Post-Production) to be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear briefs and on-time delivery across Production, QC, Mastering, Scanning, Grading, Sound, DI, Dubbing and Delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with the Business Head on proposals, and help drive growth while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Film Production, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Business Development within the Film Lab, Post-Production, Media, or Entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for key account clients, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project briefs for Production, QC, Mastering, Scanning, Grading, Sound Mix, DI, Dubbing and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow, timely execution, and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and proactive follow-ups.
• Manage key account clients by providing timely project updates, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's services.

Job Summary

The Client Servicing Manager is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. Additionally, the incumbent will support business growth by identifying new opportunities, delivering effective sales pitches, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for key account clients, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project briefs for Production, QC, Mastering, Scanning, Grading, Sound Mix, DI, Dubbing and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow, timely execution, and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and proactive follow-ups.

• Identify new business opportunities and conduct effective client presentations and service pitches.
• Coordinate with the Business Head to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
• Support the Business Head in managing sales opportunities by coordinating with prospective clients, following up on leads, facilitating commercial discussions and negotiations, and driving the timely closure of business opportunities.
• Ensure timely communication of project progress, changes, milestones, and delivery schedules to clients.
• Resolve client concerns by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards before final submission to clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and client records.
• Work closely with the Finance team on quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups, where required.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Film Lab and Post-Production workflows will be an added advantageExcellent client servicing and account management skills.Strong project coordination and deadline management abilities.Sales pitching, presentation, and business development skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management tools.Experience in OTT platforms will be added advantageFemales are preferable

Qualifications
