Qualifications

• Graduate (BE in Computer Science / IT preferred). MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Client Coordination or IT Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Web Development, SaaS platforms, and Web Products.
• Experience in managing digital or technology-driven projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technology team to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with development teams for website development, SaaS platforms, and web-based product projects.
• Take detailed project briefs and understand client business objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including Proposals, PRDs, Wireframes, System Architecture, User Flows, and Process Diagrams.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and technical requirements in collaboration with internal technology and product teams.
• Manage project strategy, planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Create and manage project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular client meetings, project discussions, and status update sessions to maintain transparency and communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously for single or multiple clients while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Oversee user management, project coordination, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and smooth coordination between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders.
