Job summary

The TECH HUB in Balewadi, Pune hires an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end application development projects, from initiation to post-implementation, using best practices and governance.

You will develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans with cross-functional teams, manage scope and risk, and report progress to stakeholders.

Candidates should have 5+ years of IT project management, PMP or equivalent, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with MS-Project.
• Experience with project budgeting and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of IT application development projects (initiation, planning, execution, implementation, post-implementation).
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates and resource plans with cross-functional teams.
• Define and manage project scope and risks; investigate issues and recommend solutions.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders for buy-in and success.
• Plan and implement change management activities including training and documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet sponsor expectations and internal quality standards.
