Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise PM, CLTI and LLF on CCM.
• Monitor equipment issues via ERP and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead breakdown analysis, RCA and CAPA for major failures.
• Ensure critical spares availability and indents.
• Manage monthly manpower and ensure training.
• Drive safety, 5S and EHS compliance.
• Ensure ISO/IMS standards, SOPs and audits.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SMS CCM Maintenance manager responsible for maintenance activities of the Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), ensuring equipment availability, operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure timely completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM), CLTI and LLF activities.
• Monitor equipment abnormalities and ensure timely notification and corrective actions through ERP.
• Participate in breakdown analysis, RCA and CAPA for major equipment failures.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and raise material indents as required.
• Plan and manage shift/monthly manpower requirements and ensure adequate manpower availability.
• Ensure technical training and skill development of maintenance personnel.
• Drive safety, 5S and EHS compliance and ensure zero lost-time injuries.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IMS standards, SOPs and audit requirements.
• Monitor maintenance performance, breakdown reduction and wastage-reduction initiatives.
