Job summary

Multiplier is building the operating system behind global employment, spanning Payroll, EOR, Benefits, Mobility, and Customer Operations. This builder role focuses on operational transformation, process excellence, and scalable execution.

You will lead end-to-end deep-dives, design SOPs and governance, and partner with Product and Engineering to scale capabilities. Strong ownership, systems thinking, and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Transformation roles.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, FinTech, HRTech, Payroll, or ops-heavy environments is preferred.
• Strong ownership mindset with systems thinking and execution bias.

Responsibilities

• Operational Deep Dives: analyze end-to-end workflows across multiple functions.
• Identify bottlenecks, ownership gaps, manual processes, and risks.
• Drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Process Excellence & Governance: design SOPs, maps, RACIs, escalation paths.
• Establish scalable, repeatable processes across functions.
• Risk & Operational Resilience: identify risks and build controls.
• Transformation & Automation: drive automation and workflow redesign.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with Operations, Product, Eng, Finance, Compliance.

  • Build controls and monitoring mechanisms to prevent operational failures before they occur.
• Transformation & Automation
  • Drive automation, AI adoption, workflow redesign, and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scale operational capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams.
