Job summary

Pine Labs in Bengaluru, a leading fintech company, seeks an Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash lead to strengthen the finance team. You will oversee billing, collections, reconciliations and AR ageing, and collaborate with Sales to resolve customer queries and improve cash flow.

You will drive month-end closings, MIS reporting and GST/TDS compliance, while coaching a 4–5+ member team. Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle is essential to enhance reporting and efficiency across the O2C function.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Finance, Accounts Receivable or O2C.
• Hands-on billing, collections, reconciliation and AR ageing.
• Month-end closing, MIS and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficient MS Excel with analytical skills.

Role Purpose

The role will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash function, ensuring accurate and timely customer billing, reconciliations, collections, AR ageing and month-end closure. The role will partner closely with Sales and other business teams to resolve customer queries, improve receivables performance and provide accurate MIS and financial insights. The incumbent will also lead and develop a team, ensuring strong execution, process discipline and timely delivery of business objectives.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of billing, collections and reconciliations.
• Own customer billing, receivables reconciliation and AR ageing, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to resolve billing, payment and customer-related queries and improve collection efficiency.
• Drive month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
• Prepare and review MIS and management reports to provide visibility into receivables, ageing and business performance.
• Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with applicable GST and TDS requirements.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in AR/O2C processes, controls and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4–5+ finance professionals, ensuring productivity, quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues and support business decision-making.
• Leverage Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle to improve reporting, analysis and operational efficiency.

• Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
