Job summary

Invesco Mutual Fund (Invesco MF) in Mumbai seeks an analyst to generate and analyze accurate MIS reports on the retail sales performance of the organization. You will coordinate with sales teams and regional heads to collect data and produce regular reports with updates on open points highlighted by Management.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience, a graduate degree, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a basic understanding of mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and regional heads to collect data from various sources/stakeholders to create regular MIS reports with updates on open points highlighted by Management.
• Data cleaning, accuracy check and validation to generate quality reports.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the relevant teams.
• Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
• Evaluating operational processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Monitoring and preparing the operational and client MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Leading ongoing reviews of operational processes and developing optimization strategies.
