Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager with a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record in F&A domain. The candidate will be responsible for finance and accounts team to drive process improvement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI, Automation & Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer experience.
• Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with ops teams to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is required.
