Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited seeks a senior testing leader to govern performance, reliability, and qualification testing of automotive implements for India and global markets.

You will manage a testing team, plan resources, and define DVPs, RWUP, and coordinate with R&D and program management to meet timelines.

The role requires 15–20 years of BE/B.Tech experience, with a proven track record in test planning, cost optimization, and liaison with government institutes.

Qualifications

• Performance, suitability and reliability testing of automotive implements for Indian and global markets.
• Comparative performance trials with competitor's products.
• Manage testing team, test planning and scheduling, resource planning for testing.
• Provide testing verdict for product acceptance or rejection based on test data.
• Create DVPs in line with product requirements and RWUP.
• Coordinate with R&D and program management to meet project timelines.
• Work on innovative/alternate methods of testing to optimize testing time and cost.
• Coordinate with government testing institutes for testing and certification of farm implements.
• Suggest design changes and product improvements based on testing data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing programs across automotive implements.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and data analysis to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, PM, and external agencies to meet product timelines.
