Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing professional in Mumbai to lead supplier selection, price settlement, and value engineering initiatives for Sheet Metal and BIW components.

You will drive price containment, mitigate supplier risks, and develop differential sourcing strategies while benchmarking technology and prices across the industry.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of general experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in price settlement, value engineering and supplier risk management.
