Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Quality Auditor with 3–8 years of experience in Process Quality, Internal Audits, and Manufacturing Quality. The role focuses on conducting process audits, verifying SOP adherence, and driving CAPA and data-driven improvements across automotive manufacturing processes.

Candidates should have strong skills in root cause analysis, statistical methods, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits as per audit plan to verify compliance with SOPs and control plans.
• Evaluate adherence to quality procedures and internal standards.
• Analyze audit findings and prepare scorecards and reports for management.
• Address customer inputs in process audit and revise standards accordingly.
• Ensure 4M focus during key stages and operations.
• Perform NC (Non-Conformance) management including tracking deviations and implementing CAPA.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits and maintain audit records.

Job description

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:

• Conduct process audits as per audit plan.
• Verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and quality procedures.
• Machine parameter audit & strengthening - Filling machines, Robots, Vison system, RBT & Wheel alignment machines
• Evaluate process effectiveness and compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Address Customer inputs in process audit & revise the standards periodically
• Special focus on Key stage & operation during audit & ensure 4M

Non-Conformance Management

• Process audit NC - TCF- Paint- BIW
• Critical Machine Gap analysis & benchmarking
• Vehicle System wise NC
• Process refinement based on field inputs
• Record all product & process deviation
• Pokyoke, Traceability, Traveller card adherence, Data management system

Compliance & Quality Systems

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA, IMS, QMS or applicable quality standards.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Maintain audit records and documentation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze audit findings and quality trends.
• Prepare management reports and audit scorecards.
• Recommend process improvements based on audit outcomes.

Experience

3-8 years of experience in Process Quality, Internal Audits, Manufacturing Quality, or Supplier Quality

Industry Preferred

Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry preferred.
