Job summary

Galderma, the world’s largest independent dermatology company, is expanding its footprint in India. This role manages Beauty Advisor P&L with strong commercial acumen and accountability.

Key duties include training BA Supervisors and Advisors, communicating product benefits, and handling GT/MT channels while driving BA store activations and promotional campaigns across Pan-India store network.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare.
• Exposure to GT & MT channel with team management (Minimum - 4 to 5 Relevant Experience).
