• Prior supervisory or senior sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors, ensuring consistent customer engagement and upselling.
• Provide on-the-floor training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean, and stocked at all times.
• Track daily sales performance and share feedback with the Department Manager.
• Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Actively participate in in-store beauty events and launches.

The Team Lead – BPC will be the go-to person for a cluster of beauty advisors within the department, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating the team, and leading by example in sales and service excellence.
