Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Bank Operations to lead and scale reconciliation and settlement operations for our banking clients. This role combines deep banking operations expertise with hands‑on exposure to automation, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will work closely with banks, internal product teams, and implementation specialists to ensure operational excellence and successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end banking operations, including reconciliation, settlement, and dispute management
• Lead and oversee reconciliation automation initiatives, including troubleshooting and optimisation
• Act as the primary point of contact for on‑site and remote bank operations engagements
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recon and automation specialists
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational controls
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to drive continuous improvement
• Support large‑scale banking and IT transformation projects with a strong operations lens
