Osfin.ai is seeking a Recon Executive to manage end-to-end transaction reconciliation, disputes, and chargebacks for banks in India. The role emphasizes automation, system configuration, and collaboration with customers to resolve challenges. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.

The candidate will work from office in Mumbai, contributing to efficient financial operations and documentation across processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge about UPI/IMPS/ATMs/Cards/BNAs payment operations for Banks in India.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial systems or related software.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and financial transactions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in working on automation projects, bringing valuable insights and efficiencies to the processes.

Responsibilities
