Job summary

APAR Industries Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue across Building & Infrastructure Projects, including residential, commercial, IT/ITeS, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial projects, and OEM/Panel Builder segments.

You will lead multi‑phase deals, maintain deep relationships with consultants, PMCs, contractors, distributors and key stakeholders to secure approvals and specifications.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in sales and marketing for Building & Infrastructure projects.
• Experience engaging with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and distributors.
• Strong ability to manage multi-phase project sales and ensure commercial compliance.
