Job summary

You will read drawings, instruct workmen, maintain discipline, and drive CCPM-based progress across shifts. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities, with experience using MS Office, MS Project, and CCPM for monthly performance

Qualifications

• Master in Armament Assembly or equivalent required, strong safety norms.
• Expertise in hydraulic systems, transmission and engine.
• Ability to read production/integration drawings and issue instructions.
• Ensure production per drawings and procedures; maintain discipline on shop floor.
• Plan with business partners to meet target dates and CCPM-driven milestones.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with PPE usage and shift-based work environments.
• Proficient in MS Office, CCPM and MS Project; capable of monthly shop performance data.
• Root cause analysis skills for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress of production activities.
• Ensure all workmen use PPE and follow safety norms.
• Prepare plans with business partners to meet target dates.
• Lead shift operations and manage shift handovers efficiently.
• Ensure production aligns with drawings and procedures.
• Generate monthly shop performance data and report findings.
• Utilize CCPM and MS Project to track progress and resource use.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• MASTER IN ARMAMENT ASSEMBLY - MUST REQUIRED SKILL- To ensure production/Integration under strict safety norms- Expertise in Hydraulic systems- Expertise in Transmission & Engine- Should be able to understand production/integration drawing & give related instruction to workmen- Ensure production according to Drawing & Procedures- Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet target as per CCPM- Leadership skills- Good interpersonal skills- Able to work with people, should have good communication skills- written & verbal- Ensure material full kit before starting of activity- Prepare plan along with business partner to meet target dates- Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring of work progress- Ensure usage of PPE for self and workmen in shop- Able to work in shifts and handle shifts individually- Familiar with MS office, CCPM, MS project- Able to prepare shop performance data on monthly basis- Root cause analysis skill
