Job Description

• Lead the design and execution of murals, art installations, and environmental graphics
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive workspace experiences
• Manage and mentor a team of artists and designers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Oversee end-to-end project workflows including concept, production, and installation
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and suppliers for materials and execution
• Ensure strong alignment between creative vision and on-ground implementation
• Stay updated on design trends, art practices, and cultural references
• Actively contribute ideas to enhance spatial storytelling and workplace aesthetics

The Successful Applicant

• Brings 7-8 years of experience in art, graphic design, or a related field
• Demonstrates strong hands‑on skills in creating physical and spatial design work
