About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Lead of Technical Design for Workspace Interiors, responsible for driving the standardization, analysis, and alignment of design practices across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in workspace design, technical standards, and project execution, ensuring consistent design quality and excellence across all projects nationwide.

What You Will Do

• Design Standardization & Governance
• Develop, implement, and maintain uniform technical design standards for workspace interiors across India, ensuring alignment with global best practices and organizational goals.
• Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of design guidelines, ensuring adherence to ergonomics, sustainability, safety, and building codes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain consistency in design language and quality across all regions.
• Technical Analysis & Quality Control
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of workspace interior designs to ensure alignment with defined technical standards.
• Analyze design workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement innovative solutions to optimize project delivery timelines and costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials to incorporate state-of-the-art design elements into projects.
• Pan-India Coordination
• Collaborate with cross‑functional design teams in multiple regions, ensuring smooth coordination between regional design teams, architects, consultants, and project managers.
• Act as the single point of contact for resolving technical design challenges and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
• Drive consistent implementation of standards across all projects, regardless of regional variations or client requirements.
• Training & Development
• Mentor and guide design teams across the country, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and adherence to standards.
• Conduct workshops and training programs to keep the team updated on evolving design trends, tools, and standards.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Provide periodic reports to leadership on design compliance, project quality, and performance metrics.
