Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an accomplished Design Leader to head the design function for commercial workplace projects in Bengaluru. You will drive end-to-end design excellence, from concept development and workplace strategy to client engagement, design management, documentation, and project delivery.

You will build and mentor high-performing design teams, establish design standards, tackle technical challenges, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to create modern, scalable

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial workplace and corporate interior design projects.
• Strong expertise in design management, space planning, and client-focused solutions.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and 3D visualization software.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
